PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT - Green Manure - Crimson Clover - 40 GRAM Finest Seeds

Purchased these as an alternative to grass for the ground around our rabbits enclosure. I had purchased a few different varieties of bunny friendly seeds so have had to wait to see how each plant has done. These have surpassed my expectations. They germinated almost immediately, we have lost some of those that germinated due to the unusually warm and dry spring we have had this year. But considering the conditions they have done well. I always imagined clover as the low growing plants, maybe a few cm high growing among daisies. These, have grown enormous! Some have been a good foot tall. I can imagine they would have a different appearance in a maintained lawn, but we have let most of our garden go wild. The bees love it, the bunnies love it. Its a win all round.

Purchased to have diversity in my lawn. Mixed these seeds with other coloured clover, camomile, thyme, daisies & grass for a dense & naturally weed free variety.Looking great & less mowing needed. The colours are lovely & the combination appear resistant to our three dogs so far. We kept the dogs off for a month to let them establish & the rain watered them in …. I used a natural weed feed & grass seed first & forked holes in the lawn to aerate & sew easily … this also hid the seeds from birds too

Supposedly Clover, there appears to be few actual Clover seeds in the packets, however as "green compost" they may just about do.

Wow I'm blown away with just how much was crammed in to this pack for a couple of quid. Fantastic value and I can't wait to see if they germinate. I will have to look out for this company again. Great find!

I could not believe how quickly these seeds sprouted and grew on. I scattered them on damp compost on a seed tray and within a week they had leaves.
