Fantastic!
I am not pregnant but I've used a sacroiliac belt for years for my back. The sacroiliac belts are great, but so so uncomfortable to sit down in as they're very stiff.I actually bought this one to help hold my lidocaine patches on my back, but soon realised when I do it up very tightly it helps my pain as I've no discs between some vertebrae so my bones trap nerves and grind together. This helps my back feel more stable and that wasn't even what I bought it for! This is so soft and I can sit and lie comfortably without it digging in at all.In fact I've just ordered another one for when this is in the wash.My only gripe is it's a bit big as I don't have a pregnant belly anymore, so there is a lot of fabric flapping at the back but of course it's advertised for pregnant women and for pregnant women it will be a godsend!!I wish these people made an actual sacroiliac belt with the comfort of this one!And only £10?! I paid a fortune for my other uncomfortable ones. So so glad I found this!❤️

A life saver- amazing value for money
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this costing less than £10 but I went for it ahead of a holiday I knew I’d be doing lots of walking on. What a life saver. I use it almost every outing where I’ll be walking more than just around the supermarket and wouldn’t be without it. It feels like a little lift under the bump and has helped so much with sciatic/pelvic aches when walking. I am a UK size 20 with a large loose lower belly, currently 31 weeks and haven’t felt the need to stretch it out yet but I do have it on its loosest possible setting. I also keep it fastened constantly and step into it and pull it up as I found the Velcro wasn’t staying put if I tried to do it up around me. It hasn’t come unstuck once this way and means it’s always the right size for me. I also think this may come in handy once baby is born for some support in holding things in. Glad I didn’t spend loads of money on something else, especially when support belts only seem to go up to a size 16.

Didn't really feel any difference
I bought this for the horrible hip ache I was experiencing in the third trimester and can't say I noticed much effect. The Velcro stuck well and it certainly pulled everything in tightly, but I didn't feel any support / lifting effect. I wore it for a few hours and it felt warm and uncomfortable so I stopped. I think it needed to be a wider band size in order to reach over the bump.

Useful after c section
I bought this 4 days after my c section because I felt like i was constantly having to hold onto to tummy when standing up/walking around. I found it was instantly helpful in relieving the the pulling feeling I was getting from my c section tummy "shelf" drooping and helped lift it away from my scar.I've been using it every day since and am now 16 days PP and my tummy has shrunk back so much and feels pretty much back to normal. This was my 2nd c section and I wish I'd got this for my first! I'm a size 14 and it fits very well. Does slip sometimes but easy to adjust back into position

Surprisingly good
This works really well, I am just over 26 weeks pregnant with my second and a UK 16-18 pre pregnancy. It's not a cute all but it definitely made a big difference while I was working and I was far less uncomfortable. The sizing is generous enough it fit comfortably and the velcro fitting means it's easy to put on alone and adjust tighter as it stretches out. Far less hot and sweaty than previous ones I have tried. Also found that it helped with my rib and bump aches as it provides a small amount of lift for you bump as well as supporting your hips and lower back.

Not worth it and definitely not one size fit all
Got this band to see if it could lift my growing bump and releive back pain, however it is quite small I am a size 16 to 18 and I struggled to put it on by myself as need to stretch it properly to fit and close - which considering it closes on the back I found it to be mission impossible. However even once my partner put it on, it felt quite uncomfortable and too much pressure on my lower abdominal area, there was no lift whatsoever. In my opinion not worth it, I returned it on the same day.

Pgp/spd/ back pain relief
I am currently 33 weeks pregnant with terrible pgp and this support belt has really helped with the pain. It hasn't completely gone - I don't wear it at night so the mornings are still a struggle. However bump feels so much more supported and I'm able to walk up and down the stairs easily and can get on with my normal day relatively pain free! I can manage around a 40minute walk without being in pain, where as before even walking down the drive was unbearable! I'm a size 12-14 pre pregnancy and the belt is a comfortable fit with plenty more room for bump to grow. It can get uncomfortable towards the end of the day but by then I'm ready to take it off anyway - I also don't wear it sitting down. I would 100% recommend this belt to anyone struggling with pelvic or back pain I wish I'd have bought one sooner!
