Hello the marzipan spacers would be to thin to use as a cake leveller.

Can these be used for biscuit thickness too?

Yes, you are able to use the spacers with almost anything you would like to roll out to a depth of 6mm/0.25" or 0mm/038". A depth of 14mm/0.55" can be achieved if you have two sets of spacers and place one spacer inside the other.
