Helpful guide for my girls
I got this for my daughter after she started getting bullied by her friend group last year. I thought maybe this would help her understand her peers better and how they may behave and react to each other. She seems to like it. It’s great for my younger daughter as well. Very helpful. They flip through it and can then ask me any specific questions they have so we can have a conversation about whatever they need.

Great tool
Fifth grade is where as a parent I saw many changes and what was ‘once friends with approach’ really started to change and friendships became more complicated. Navigating friendships can be difficult at any age, but especially when you reach the age where the rules change, people change and you change. This book does a great job discussing this as well works as a great discussion aid when talking with your child. I found this book to be very informative and helpful.

A must for every girl to read
I’ve been reading several of these books to my daughter in the hopes of helping her reach a higher emotional intelligence and survive the drama of tweenagehood. These books are beautifully written with amazing tools and psychology behind them. I have recommended them to every mother I know. I would have loved to have had these growing up. They have done an amazing job of simplifying personal developmental concepts that most kids don’t have access to until much later in life usually. I love the idea of investing in my daughters soft skills and helping her exceed on life through more then just what they teach you in school.

Great book for ages 7-18
Bought this book for my 10.5 yr old. She goes to a private school where there isn't too much bullying going on, but she is at that age where friendships are being tested. I wanted her to be confident and to also know that not every friendship is going to be perfect. My daughter is a very closed feeling person so I read the book myself first and then gave it to her to read on her own. I think she is getting a lot out of it because I can see a difference in how she reacts in situations with friends. I wish I had read books like this when I was younger. It would have saved a lot of heartache.

Excellent
My daughter has Autism and was struggling with some friendship issues on the playground. She devoured this book and was able to empathize with the other friends, find good language to establish boundaries, and even recognized where she wasn't being a good friend, either. It really saved her school year from being miserable.
