Can this be applied in the sun

Shade is the best place to apply Mothers. I've used this stuff my whole life and i am 61. Hard to remove once sun has baked in the carnuba wax. It can be done but requires alot of muscle.

Possible but plastic isn’t the same as Paint Work -powder coated surfaces maybe ok -if it doesn’t work use it on your Car anyway it’s Brilliant cheers Kerry
