This seller is absolutely amazing! I got this for my daughter who lives out of state. She just loves it. She said it is so soft and comfortable. She said it is well made and has plenty of support. She said two people and a dog fit comfortably and she couldn't be happier with it. I want to tell you about the seller though. I was going back and forth on which one to pick, so I had a couple different beanbag couches on my save for later list. Once I decided, I moved this one to my cart. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that somewhere along the way, I switched the color from black to grey. I didn't realize this until the item had already shipped. I reached out to the seller to see if I could purchase just the black cover, so my daughter could switch it herself, but they do not sell the covers individually. The seller was so nice though and offered to try to intercept the shipment that was already on its way. They were successful in the interception and immediately shipped out the black one in its place. This seller went above and beyond, when they really didn't have to. It was my mistake! Needless to say, I would highly recommend this product AND this seller!!!

As far as softness, comfortability, and looks go— these chairs have it. I’m currently working on setting up an office/hangout space and these chairs fit the bill for something comfy for me and loved ones to sit in. My only quarrels are the durability of the shape and initial smell. I’ve had many people over and put loads of hours into these things. The actual casing is great and durable, but I’m doubting the filling. I purchased 2 chairs. The one that I mostly sit in has sunk quite a bit over time compared to the other that gets used mostly by others. I’ve tried fluffing it back out and stepping on the bottom to reverse this, but so fair I have nor prevailed. It still comfortable, just not as supportive to my back. The initial smell was pretty strong.. I had to air out the room for about a week before it went away. Unfortunately, you can’t throw the case in the wash, you have to hand wash it. Quarrels aside, I love these chairs and hope that they last for a long time.

It's so comfy, I study on it all day and sleep in it too (I'm in grad school with a horrible sleep schedule lol). With my overweight behind, I dunno how I didn't rip the threads open since I drag on it so much because I have ADHD and adjust constantly but um yeah no problems at all. I've had it for a couple of months now. It sinks but I have no time to wait for it to inflate again since I use it constantly, so I can of deal with it because it doesn't affect comfort at all. It's very warm and fluffy :) It makes studying so much less stressful

The color pink in the photo is nowhere near what the actual color is. This is a HUGE chair, difficult to move around because it's so heavy, and it never fully plumped up to the way it is supposed to look in the pictures after 24 hours. Of course it was also delivered vacuum sealed, and Amazon gave me zero help in getting it returned. They basically just said f you? Really frustrating that such a big company can't figure out how to assist with large returns when they sell a LOT of large items like this. In the end my fiance and I figured it out and got it boxed up, after spending close to $30 to do so. Due to this whole experience, I will never buy a large item like this that I can't easily box back up again. And just a side note, I tried for two days to get help from Amazon and they lied to me about refunding the item without having to send it back, transferred me 6 times in one conversation, and refused to give me any idea how I could deal with this situation. I'm half expecting them to deny the refund for some reason, just out of laziness, spite, idk, especially because I mailed it back over a week ago and they received it last week and STILL have not issued my refund. But if they do that I have no problem fighting the transaction at its source, through my bank account, and I have all the photo and screenshot evidence I'll ever need to take things as far as I need to. I'm a loyal Amazon customer and it's really a testament that it only takes one incident like this to sour a customer against a company. Oh, the chair wasn't comfortable, I forgot to mention that. Like sitting on a pile of rocks. And it has a handle but it's on the bottom, where you'd have to lift the whole thing just to get to it if you wanted to drag it around the house, which is STILL hard to do when it's so heavy. The product should be represented better in the photos and description for color. Had this been bubblegum pink, ACTUAL pink instead of dirty white, I might have considered keeping it.

Bought for my son who set up his room like a dorm room. Kids think it’s comfy. It’s lower to the ground so maybe not ideal for older folks whom might have trouble getting up but great for college kids. Super soft cover. Pretty gray color and fits perfectly at the end of the queen sized bed.

It’s good. Comfy. Holds my 235 lb weight well.

Love this chair but have to replace it because it is lop-sided with not enough filler and smaller as a result. Seller so far is very accommodating and willing to refund so I can order another one once I send it back. Looking forward to my replacement chair! Followup, seller would not replace defective chair unless I paid to ship it back — which would cost nearly as much as the chair! I ended up buying five lbs of foam filler for $35 and trying to stuff it myself, but this was not an easy task with all the pockets and Velcro inside.
