Natural and organic essential oils of lavender, vertiver, valerian and chamomile make up these pillow drops, for the older child place a few drops on a pillow for much younger children and babies place a couple of drops on cotton wool pad and place away from the baby’s face, or alternatively place a couple of drops in a small dish of hot water. Do not put directly on the skin. We have found that these drops work wonders for adults as well. These drops are pure essential oil and should not be put directly onto the skin. A few drops can also be put into a small bowl of hot water and diffused through the air. We have also had feedback from a number of adults that find these drops invaluable when really stressed and insomnia starts it quickly gets you back into a sleeping pattern. Very useful for travelling, especially on flights and when away from home, the smell will be reassuring as they will be used to it from home. zzzzzz

Works well for me and my little one
If you have a baby that normally sleeps well but then because of teething starts to wake in the night, this can be helpful to relax them back to sleep (once you've administered the pain relieving product (I use Ambesol) onto their gums). It really helps me drift off back to sleep too after being disturbed because being in my third trimester of pregnancy I usually lie awake for hours trying to get back to sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning! Just a drop or two onto a stuffed toy left in the cot away from baby's face and a couple of drops on my pillow (again, away from your face as it's quite strong). I wake in the morning feeling much more rested compared to before.

Worth a try
With a five year old who complains it's difficult to get to sleep (maybe less so if you don't fight it little dude) this seems to help. It smells nice too. I think it's worth a try. It lasts about a month when used for both of my boys.

Worked for a nine year old
Purchased these for my nine year old who had got into a habit of being unable to drift off to sleep. After trying lots of other relaxation techniques to no avail I found these and they have done the trick! We all love the smell of them and they really do seem to relax you. It could be psychological, but it worked for us. We still use them every night and probably will for some time.

Smells nice
It's only the imagination of the parents. The baby or the babies don't sleep well with this oil... c'mon ... just casualties of life ... that's it

Brilliant
My daughter started night waking at 2.5yrs with nightmares and terrors. We have struggled all year with her sleep and tried so many sleep aids. This is brilliant and the smell is really soothing as relaxing. It has definitely helped her sleep better and me too!

I bought it for an year old baby, really ...
I bought it for an year old baby, really helped for her to relax when going to bed. Her sleep pattern improved, although she does not sleep through the night yet.
