Great Product - Some Advice for DIY Users
Excellent product for concrete repairs; a few things to note :This product is very viscous; I would strongly recommend purchasing an Everbuild Pro Sealant gun (it worked very well) a standard 'mastic gun' wont be strong enough (as per other reviewers' negative comments)...Take good note of the Health & Safety information ~ this is a commercial/professional product and contains resins you do NOT want in your eyes, or on your skin ~ wear eye protection and chemical resistant gloves (marigolds better than nothing); wash your hands and forearms after use; these resins can and do cause allergic reactions. The resin takes a few hours to set; this caught me out (but it holds concrete chunks brilliantly while it does set).I agree with other users; whilst it is possible to re-seal the tube, the nozzle will be one-shot; very difficult to clean once used. The tip of the nozzle is pre-cut to give a bead of approx. 3mm (1/8") diameter, so injecting into a thin crack takes some patience and working in with a pallet knife or similar. The instructions also say to use only a maximum depth of 10mm of product. In summary a superb product, but needs to be used correctly and with care.

Excellent product, but challenging to apply (see below)
Excellent product and worked well on a concrete post repair. As other reviewers have mentioned, you need a strong metal sealant gun, and even then due to it's viscosity and resistance in the nozzle it is difficult to get the product out. I found that without the nozzle it can be easily dispensed into a small plastic container, mix the product as it is a two part epoxy and then use a small palate knife to apply it to the crack/repair area.

not much of it
Don't be deceived by the standard caulking tube, there's really not much product in it. so is very expensive comparatively for how little you get. This thing destroyed an all metal decent caulking gun and endedup hacksawing the end of the tube off to get to the epoxy inside.that said the stuff is the best i've found for repairing overhead concrete spalling.

Impossible to get out of the tube!!!
Complete waste of money!!Broke 2 sealant guns trying to get the product out of the tube!!It started promisingly….after a Herculean effort we managed to get a small stripe of this out and started the filling job….then it stuck and no amount of squeezing would budge the mixture! 2 sealant guns broken later, and many failed ‘McGyver’ style attempts to get it to budge, but it wasn’t happening!!We resorted to sawing off the end of the packaging in an attempt to ‘hand mix’ only to find the activating agent was in an impossible to access middle tube…..total waste of time and money as we have now had to purchase an alternative product that comes in a tub and will be much easier to mix. Very disappointed ☹️. The first bits out of the tube have set in a very promising way, but it’s like it is taunting me…..look at what you should’ve had 😱😱

Take the plastic screw out of the nozzle!
This has a plastic screw in the output nozzle intended for mixing the product but which makes it almost impossible to squeeze out. I removed the nozzle high up by cutting it off and mixed the two components by hand on a mortar board. Once you remove the screw/squeeze out issue it sticks and adheres really well. I used it to repair a concrete post which had a very large chunk missing. As you have to remove the nozzle to get it out, it’s probably not the best for fixing smaller areas or cracks.

Needs better instructions (and a spare nozzle).
Despite this being a 2 star review, I will probably be buying a few more of these to finish the job I started. It’s difficult to use first time, and the lack of instructions is a poor oversight. If you buy this product, you should be made aware of the following issues:This product is not suitable for use with just any sealant gun. The resin is incredibly viscous. A cheap plastic effort WILL NOT do the job. Get the most heavy-duty sealant gun you can BEFORE you start, or you’re going to be in a race against time as resin sets in the nozzle. The product claims to be economical – only use what you need and reseal the tube. There’s no spare nozzle supplied though (the nozzle has a spiral channel to mix the resin with the hardener). Once the resin sets in the nozzle, it’s game over. I see this as a "once only – use until it’s empty" type product. There’s no indication of what the setting time is. Thankfully the website helps, but some info on the tube would have been nice. The plunger on the sealant gun only travels half-way. This is because of the clever way the resin/hardener is kept separate inside the tube and is pumped out together. A clue would have been nice. Given the viscosity of the resin, and no indication of the setting times, it’s easy to reach the wrong conclusion and keep on futilely squeezing the handle.

Top quality product best in class well worth it price which in this case was incredibly cheap compared to high street merchants who often don't realise they stock it as it's a prosproduct
