A quick fix
It's a 2 minute job to replace the o-rings on my leaky tap and now it leaks no more; ideal little kit (the washer grease was a nice touch) that sorts the problem out. Good stuff.

Cheaper and faster delivery - genuine parts
So glad Amazon stocked these. Price was good and next day delivery. Could have got these via plumbing spare parts suppliers - but more expensive there (and that doesn’t include delivery - free with Prime), and usually take longer to arrive. Shipment included both replacement grub screw and Allen Key to fit - a nice touch!

Everything you need
Complete kit to refresh the spout swivel on Franke Olympus Triflow even the smear of silicone grease for the o-rings. Excellent. Unfortunately it did not fit! The John Lewis spec for the kitchen said Olympus but a search through images showed it to be a Doric Triflow. Just time to order another set before Christmas. PTFE tape keeps the leaks in check for now.

This doesn't fit all Franke Olympus taps properly
If you have an older Olympus tap (mine was 2006/7) it can be frustrating because the design must have changed very slightly. The rubber 'O' rings work OK but the plastic washer which stops excessive side to side movement is marginally too thick for its groove. It will go in partially but not fully, so the spout will not go back in properly. Solved by rubbing the washer with emery paper until it was eventually thin enough to go in the groove. I could see many owners perhaps abandoning the project at this stage! If there was any warning about this I didn't see it before buying - it would be much better if the seller included a second thinner washer for these older taps, together with appropriate instructions. The grub screw holding the spout into the tap is also only appropriate for later taps which means taking particular care not to lose the smaller original one.The upside is that when it eventually fits, the tap no longer leaks!

Great value kit
Easy DIY job that I did decided I could do myself after plumber quoted a daft price to fix! Original grub screw needed some persuasion to come out, see photo. New one had an end on it so Allen key didn’t go all the way thru it. Does the same job, just a different design. Only needed 1 of the 2 plastic rings on my tap (Olympus Filterflow), as some other reviews have said. See photo. Both black o rings used to replace existing. Cleaned and greased everything, easy to put back on with a firm press and wiggle of tap into base. No more puddly tap, yay!

Correct replacement
Ideal spare parts to rectify the sight leak on the tap spout. Took just a few minutes to remove the tap spout, replace the old parts with the new and refit. Job done and at a reasonable cost!
