I take these daily and will continue to do so. I break mine in half so this bottle has lasted me for several months. Good value for your money.

My doctor is a holistic doctor who doesn't like cholesterol medications. She prefers I take niacin instead. So far, so good. I like that each capsule is 1000 mg so I don't have to take a handful of capsules each time.

Using this product I wascable to boost & maintain the correct level in my system. It's not easy for my system to absorb these nutrients Bravo!!!

The product was fine, didn't have any strong feelings one or another

Finally a B2 that doesn't give me "hot flashes".

This stuff absorbs way better than regular b3. Not much else to say.

I guess it is good not for me it is too much in fact I need to find out for less milligrams so I can take separately during the day till complete the dose
