I purchase these every year when we go away as I get bad wind pains when we get on the aeroplane almost straight away the pain begins and it lasts several hours after we get off the plane so these pills are a god send tome and I suffer with IBS symptom's too so these are something that we always keep in the medication cupboard. They work quite quickly which is just what you need. They are easy to swallow. I think they’re great value for money when you think how they help with pain and bloating and everything it says on the packet. I have fibromyalgia and suffer with IBS symptom’s so this is something we will always keep in stock …..not for long term use but occasionally and definitely for the plane. These arrived well and safely packaged and I most definitely recommend these.

Works well

Capsules are easy to take but it hasn't really relieved me of bloating and flatulence. Maybe it's just too early to determine its potential. I'll re-review after a week. Thank you.

Good product

I try to always have a supply of these tablets. I frequently experience a tight feeling and bloating in my stomach followed gas which needs loud burping to clear it (which can be embarrassing) however the tablets give fast relief from the pain and discomfort. I am learning to identify my personal "triggers" which in my case appear to be highly processed foods, certain ingredients in foods like "flour treatment agents" and reheated or overheated food. Sometimes it is just plain old stress - so deep breathing and relaxation etc. also help!

I wouldn’t say this really worked. Used as directed but it didn’t alleviate the symptoms. I will give it a few more chances as I still have the rest of the pack. Thus far I wouldn’t recommend
