Amazing Product
These Probiotics have significantly improved my Acid Reflux condition, I wouldn't be without them. Highly recommend if you are suffering from digestive issues. Make sure you are eating prebiotic foods to feed the probiotics being taken. :)

Nature's Own Probiotic Plus
I find this particularly good for general digestive health and immunity boost against common cold, flu viruses, hay fever, food sensitivities. After taking 2 a day for a month, 1 a day seems fine until an extra boost is next needed. Statutory statement - this does not replace your NHS general practitioner's advice:-)

Taking this daily in India on a diet of local food. So far all good in the digestion department, if you know what I mean!!
