I took these miracle workers for two years, i didn't get ill, suffered from no uti's, or thrush recurrence. I stopped taking them as i ran out and just forgot to get them, i once began to suffer from these problems again. There is a lack of information on this product as regards the carvacrol content (which I understand to be the key active ingredient for its antibacterial benefits). I emailed the supplier - Smarter Choices - but they have not properly answered my query in this regard. Only to say that the product is not standardised. I am therefore not able to properly compare it with competitor products.

I take these at night to see if any change and their not as strong as they say they are no change in my health by taking these I will just finish them off and see what may develop or not. The strength is low from others I have seen on line and the price is a bit expensive.

Great with oregano oil in capsules. I have only had this oil in drops before and struggled with mixing them right with a carrier oil. They are still potent and if too much taken I notice I get stomach ache. Bought them primarily to kill off a very stubborn cough (3-4 months) and it seems to work! Very pleased, and so are my colleagues :-)

These little capsules changed my life. I was having multiple health issues and I feel so different now after taking them over a month. (Skippef a day here and there).
