This product feels solid and well made. It is very sensitive, accurate, quick and easy to use with option of taking a temperature by swiping across the forehead and in the ear. It will also give the ambient room temperature. It comes with instructions and it's own drawstring bag. It's excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it. It was delivered fast and well packaged so I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Bought this to double check my other thermometer. Great product. Tested many times since arrived and seems to be very accurate. I have compared to the other one I use & found them to be consistent with each other. Easy to use. Gives a quick result. Would recommend.

As my husband has just started chemo and has to have his temperature checked every day, I needed to purchase a digital thermometer which displayed the temperature in centigrade. The last time I used a thermometer, it was the old-fashioned type you put under the tongue - many years ago! - but I found this digital one to be accurate and easy to read. It just takes a couple of goes to get the knack of making the thermometer work properly. When using the thermometer you should press the 'M' button twice for the right setting (otherwise it stays on the 'Lo' setting) before swiping the thermometer across the forehead. Do this, and it works perfectly.

I decided to go with this thermometer as it had good reviews and had dual function - take a quick measure from the forehead or measure the temperature from the ear.The thermometer works as intended, very fast reading and accurate - I "ran" few comparison tests.Please note that the forehead reading may be not that accurate as from the ear (as expected and advertised) but is great for quick reading.I definitely recommend this product. It makes life so much easier.

I purchased this a couple of months ago. Despite following all instructions to the letter, and being perfectly well, apparently all my family members had fevers over 39 degrees!! This is both with ear and forehead readings following all instructions.Clearly not right, so I emailed the company who seemed quite helpful and we arranged for me to return my faulty thermometer and the replaced it with a new “working” one.Unfortunately the second thermometer also reads fevers on us all (don’t worry, I double checked with a basic thermometer and we’re definitely not dying). So I emailed the company again to explain and also to see if they had any information regarding the first fault in case it was something I could sort without yet another exchange. But despite a number of emails, everything has been ignored and I’m left out of pocket with a useless thermometer.Don’t waste your money.

Fantastic product that is easy to use, the option of internal and external readings is very helpful and the clear indication of not only the temperature but it will display a color and audio indicator of whether this is an acceptable temperature. Simple, easy to use and very clear results, can't complain.

I've had this thermometer for the past week and haven't really had need to use it yet however I have tried it on couple of family members and it seems to be working fine. Good solid feel to it, easy to understand instructions and comes with it's own handy little bag to keep it in and batteries which is always a good thing. Will update review after having it longer.

Love this thermometer, so simple to use and as far as I can tell seems accurate. Just pull off the end to use in the ear and click back in place if you prefer to use it on the forehead. Memory to go back and review readings if required. Was a bit hesitant to purchase as i felt it was quite expensive but you need reliability and pleased with my purchase. Delivered within the time scale.
