The motor broke down twenty seconds after its first use.

Ordered on Amazon.ae but it was US voltage. Useless product.

Product functions very well. It is worth to mention that this product is 110v only and does not work on 220v. The seller was very helpful. Despite a misunderstanding with the product voltage rating, the seller was proactive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent mid-range unit. Be cautious when inserting blades as you can easily cut yourself. We found it's better to hold down the release button while carefully inserting blades so you don't cut yourself.

Fit my hand comfortable ly. Worked well for my partner, whom is left handed. The blades fit tightly into handle with little difficulty inserting. Carved the turkey and ham into clean and thin slices. The only fault would be with storage due to no protective cover for the blades. Happy otherwise
