Nice flavour.
I like the flavour of this tea and it’s nicer, for me, than tea bags. I will buy again and check for other flavours for next time.

Love the tin.
The tea is nice and easy drinking but I use mainly in a mix to make kombucha. Mainly got this for the tin as I liked the look of it and I do like a good tin to keep stuff in, apart from tea of course. Good amount of tea for the money, with the tin being great it’s a bonus and my kombucha has turned out decent as well. I know it’s a bit strange to buy something more for the packaging, but hey I am that kinda guy, just like me Dad.

I love this tea
I have been a brewed coffee lover for over 35 years but recently found I was no longer enjoying it so I needed a new favourite brew.I have always been ambivalent about tea, only drinking it when the coffee was likely to be less than excellent, so I was prepared to be underwhelmed. However, this tea has totally converted me.I use a glass teapot with a stainless steel diffuser, 4g of tea in 400ml of just boiled filtered water, and leave it to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the time of day, and pour. The tea is a beautiful clear amber colour with a delicate aroma. I only take a very small amount of milk in tea (about 10 ml in a 400ml cup). The flavour is not overpowering, not bitter in the slightest. It is much more subtle, and yet more satisfying than other English Breakfast Teas I have tried, and I am completely won over.I look forward to each cup even more than I ever did with coffee, and the lovely endlessly refillable tin is just adorable.I am so taken with it I have now sent for a tin of Earl Grey as well.

Lovely tea & handy tin for freshness
What do you get your Dad, the man who had everything he wants, who tells you I don’t need or want anything for Christmas? Yet the bloke that when taken out for a cuppa, sits there and constantly tells you, “oh that’s a proper cup of tea, it’s because it’s not in a bag and the leaves are able to mix with the water better.”Yep, a selection of loose leaf teas. Dad has tried all of the flavours and brands I bought him and these are in his top 3 of favourite ones. From Non Tea Drinking Daughter, often feeling frustrated when it comes to the festive season because I can’t and won’t buy “nothing” as a gift. So each year I have to think further out of the box for different present ideas. But review is also from myself now delighted that he actually was happy and glad of this gift - especially as his birthday is in February and he drinks a lot of tea so will be purchasing these again for him.

This tea makes a weak brew
From Typhoo to Taylors via Yorkshire Breakfast, one teaspoon per mug ( 200ml metric) makes a nice brewEnglish Fine Teas, Breakfast, by comparison, needs two full teaspoons to even get close to the colour and taste of my usual teas and even then the flavour is still weak. I shall not buy again

Vintage
Nice tea it's not easy to find loose tea in tins in the shops near me. You have the tin to store the tea in which is a bonus when you buy future tea. Great for vintage lovers who still use teapots and cups and saucers.

Great taste and value for money
Bought for father-in-law, a keen tea drinker. Tastes amazing and tin can be kept and reused. Ideal gift for someone who drinks a lot of tea with a twist, something a bit different.
