On 2nd bottle - easy to double up for when you need a loading dose of 4k a day. Otherwise taking 2k everyday or 3-4 times a week has helped keep my levels up and my mental health and energy at optimal levels! I can really feel a difference if I stop taking.Really small tablets, easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Good value for 180 tablets, would highly recommend.

Have taken Vit.D for a long time these are great because they have K included to. They are easy to swallow (not too big) and have no nasty after taste.

Very small and easy to swallow. A recent Home Vit D Test Kit showed my Vit D level is OK, so they are definitely me to maintain that level.

This is a combination of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 (MK7). This is useful information as D3 and MK-7 are the active ingredients that have the highest bioactivity when choosing vitamin D and K2 products. The advert on Amazon provides all the necessary information and you can easily see all the ingredients and decide what you feel about the additional excipients. The only fat-based excipient in this product is sunflower oil. It is good to have a fat-based excipient as it will aid the absorption of these two fat-based vitamins but I think that sunflower oil is the wrong choice as it has very little if any MCT in sunflower oil and MCT are better lipid choice in small amounts.There is no statement that the product is manufactured to GMP - which is a shame as this would ensure product quality.Both Vitamin D3 and K2 have independent healthcare benefits and there is also scientific evidence that they have a combined beneficial effect (synergistic effect). However, there is some dispute about whether it is better to take these two fat-soluble vitamins together at the same time or a few hours apart as they may affect each other's absorption. I just don’t know the answer to this as I cannot find any studies.The tablets are small and should be fine to swallow for most.Packaging - about ⅓ full with tablets - shame about the excess unnecessary plastic packagingIt would also be interesting to know where the Vitamin D3 and K2 - MK7 is extracted from and if the K2 is natural or synthetic.Reading one of the other reviews MAX VITA is a brand name owned by EURO ARENA LTD which is listed on companies house if you want more details.

Arrived really quickly, quicker than expected. They are small pills, easy to swallow and have no taste.

I visit very hot and humid countries. I sweat a lot and so I rapidly deplete Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium. If I do not rectify this loss of minerals I get terrible leg cramps. The main culprit is a lack of calcium. You have to take about 1800mg of calcium if you become low on it. The problem is calcium needs vitamin D to work. Vitamin D needs K2 to work. K2 also helps Calcium absorbability and also positively affects the flexibility of the arteries, so allowing greater blood flow. By taking a combination of K2, D3 and Calcium, the body can start to regain its lost calcium. This product gives you the perfect combination of D3 and K2 so that you can then absorb calcium into the bone rather than the artery.I have found that by taking this combination I stave off muscle cramps and potential bone issues. It works very well in combination with the aforementioned supplements. I am therefore very happy to recommend this item. I do prefer to get K from a combined D3 and K combination and so this is perfect.

these D3 vitamins came packaged well and there was lots inside the tub so it will last you a while. they were easy to swallow, not too big and didn’t taste bad!! i really like these and have noticed some differences.
