The “Employee of the Month” lapel pins have a nice design, but unfortunately, one of the pins arrived chipped right out of the box. It’s a bit disappointing since these are meant to be recognition awards for employees. The rest of the pins were fine, but the chipped one makes me question the overall quality. They’re still a decent value for the price, but I would’ve expected better durability.

These were very good quality for the price. I used them in my class as prize when we have an outstanding student.

I suggested my boss use this pin for our employees on our team.

The front of the pin is nicely designed, however many of the pins backing fall off and got lost.I purchase this item as a reward for my students and was disappointed by the quality.
