Q: does this fit a 'push to shut' lindam gate?

We use this extension with the Lindam Sure Shut Axis gate and it works well. To connect the two gates you remove the plastic tube inserts so you need to check that the tubes on the gate and extension are of the same size. Hope this helps.

Q: Do they include new plastic inserts?

The extension will come with top and bottom connections but not the end bungs.
