The product arrived promptly and was of superb quality.I've used it many times with pleasing results.

Likes. The holes and shape allow the heat to cook and brown the baguettes brilliantly. Light and easy to store.Dis likes. Hard to clean, and the non stick has began to come, but I do use it very often.

This was perfect for baguettes, to rest while proving and then straight into the oven and great price, plus fast delivery.

Works well for my baguettes, really strong and held my bread well.

I think that I used it for baking only 4-5 times before the teflon coating started to washout. You better get one without teflon as it does not seem to be of much use. Sadly I did not see any that are like real oven baking trays , with coating that last forever.

ich habe vermeindlich zwei gleiche Backbleche gekauft.Wobei diese unterschiedlich geliefert wurden.Ein Backblech funktioniert wie es soll.Das zweite hinterlässt Rückstände der Beschichtung am Baguett.

...das Backblech ist so weit OK, nur waren bei unserem die äußeren Ecken nicht fertig bearbeitet. Das heißt, alle 4 Ecken hatten auf ca. 3mm (da wo der Falz aufhört) scharfe Kanten. Das Ganze ist uns aufgefallen, weil die Verpackung an den Ecken durchschnitten war und wir dann mit den Fingern scharfe Stellen erfühlt haben. Auch das Küchentuch hat sich beim Reinigen an den Ecken verhakt. Ich habe mir damit beholfen, dass ich diese Stellen mit dem Dremel kurz nachbearbeitet (etwas abgerundet) habe. Ansonsten ist das Teil wirklich ordentlich.
