Very useful for safety purposes, and I'm very impressed with the seller. We did have a couple of issues after sale but they were swiftly and completely resolved with great communication

For disabled person getting out of bed or off recliner chair...mat bigger than expected...alarm is loud and clear...really pleased with it but a bit expensive but so are all things to make life a bit easier for carer..

Purchased this item 07 06 2020 delivered 15 06 2020 ,5-6weeks after warranty runs out ,item ceased to work and have been advised I need a new transmitter at a cost of £40 approx,we as a family are gravely dissatisfied as this item needed to be reliable to keep our 95 yr old mother safe at night.

Really easy to use. Mum has Alzheimer’s and wakes for the loo at night, sometimes mistaking chairs or a step as the loo. We have this outside her bedroom and notice that as it’s a different colour from the carpet mum stops before stepping onto this and will turn round and find her en-suite. When she does step out we hear her quickly and can go and help her find the loo. We take this up and store behind the sofa in the day as mum is always with someone. It’s really easy to set up and use

Delighted with this product, I've been able to keep track of my husband through the night and see that he doesn't come to harm. A well made and robust product.

The Wireless/Cordless Floor mat with Remote Alarm for Bed or Doorway arrived without the monitor so unable to use. Totally useless. I had to seek a refund and order and pay for another. Still awaiting the refund. Very frustrating as I needed this urgently for my father.

This is a great item, it allows you to be out of the room and hear if someone leaves the bed, chair etc. However they may have moved off the mat by the time you get to them, depending on how far away they are, as they are out of bed to set the alarm off. It would be useful if one could control the volume of the alarm device as it has a very loud ring when you are close bye. Overall, a great purchase and highly recommended.
