I telework and this helps me take screen breaks to avoid eye strain, stay focused and productive. I like that you can silence the alarm so it only flashes. It’s got a good weight to it and feels durable. The marks in the video is from dust on my desk; apparently I need to dust more often 😅 The instructions with it were poorly translated to English and it took me a second to figure out how to change the volume (have to do it while it’s in its side). My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a super long battery life so I just make sure I charge it every other night. But it is nice that it is rechargeable.

It's a good timer. It beeps loudly for a long time when the time runs out, which I like since I have to get up and turn it off. The buttons on the front, while not often used, are hard to read, so I colored them in with a silver sharpie. The battery suddenly crapped out after 22 months and now it can't hold a charge for longer than 25 minutes. Since it lasted for 2 years that's a pretty decent deal.

Used no more than 10 times when I was timing my test times for an exam. It no longer works at all!! Completely dead.

I was looking for a timer that would help with limiting my chore time into small sprints (I tend to go down rabbit holes and forget everything else I need to do). The tabletop cube I originally wanted was out of stock, but that was a lucky break. I love the magnet feature on this one. It stays up off the work surface when I'm tidying, and I can store it out of the way but in plain sight on the side of my refrigerator. It's a nice change of pace to be happy I didn't get what I wanted. This is better!

The one small thing that I don't like is the display doesn't adjust to be parallel with the surface. So if you're using any side other than the countdown/timer the display will be at an angle. This isn't a huge issue though. Otherwise I love this thing. I have SERIOUS ADHD so this has become like my little buddy, helping me big time with my time awareness. My work productivity has improved tremendously with the help of my timer. I'm very happy with this purchase.

love it. But with ADHD I am unaware of time. So I can set it to go off when I have a time limit...but I need to start using it to go off when I am doing something I like or I loose hours of my day...

It's really easy to use, but it also leaves you wishing it did more. Only 1 style "beep" sound available & the lowest volume is not low enough. Also it's annoying that you basically have to make it make a sound in order to lower/mute the volume (you can't adjust it until starting a timer). The buttons on the black one are really hard to see & so I marked mine to point to the power button. For what this does, it should be in the 10 dollar range IMO.

Got this as a pomodoro timer to manage piano practice. It does the job very well, though I had to knock of a star because it's a little confusing to use at times. But don't let that dissuade you, this timer is exactly what I needed and is rechargeable by USB-C cable, something I really wanted, and not a feature you'll find on every timer.
