Great balloons look great esey to pump and a good price

They are just like the picture however 3 of them wouldn’t blow up. Also the “B” letters came undone and turned into a “G”. They ended up going in the bin and wasn’t used.. quite disappointed as it doesn’t look like I can even get a refund.
