I dropped the pen and the small end of the apparatus broke off. I called the company. Nice folks. Offered me 25% to reorder. Not all all sure how or why this might work. I have tried a few times but saw no results. Lost interest.

Its great, but needs to be bigger
The tools are great! I wish they were larger. This particular Gua Sha tool I actually use for Reflexology. This works very well for the points on the ball of the foot and the heel. I would have given 5 stars, but the tool is just smaller than I anticipated. I would have like to see a 6-8 inch tool vs. 3-5 inch tool.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a tool to aid in breaking up scar tissue in my foot after surgery. I can lay the tool sideways and roll it over an area, or use an end to get to smaller areas. Arrived in a timely manner, no cracks or fractures in the tool, and it's pretty also.”

Broke immediately.
Unfortunately my Derma Pen broke within 2-3 days of receiving. It is incredibly fragile!

Make skin taunt with fingers and use the point of the gua sha pen to work the skin tissue for 30 seconds to break up scars, and wrinkles. If desired, use a quality natural lotion, cream, oil or gel for lubrication. To activate acupressure points place point or ball of gus sha pen over desired point and apply firm pressure for 3 seconds while breathing in, then release pressure as you exhale. Repeat 3 times per point or as desired.
