They work great! And nice and soft silicone.

These flange inserts fit my Spectra S1, Medela Pump in Style and portable DOOOB S10 Pro wearable breast pump. They are easy to clean and completely interchangeable when it comes to fit. My only complaint is that the package only comes with one of each size. It stinks when you find the size you want and only have one to use for one half of your pump session!

After dealing with weeks of painful pumping, areola/nipple trauma, lots of leaking around the flanges, etc - these cushions helped tremendously! I recommend using a little bit of nipple butter around your areola/nipple before using the cushion insert to prevent painful sticking. Definitely buy 2 packs, as only 1 of each of the 4 sizes come in a pack. There is also a nipple ruler sold that can help measure your actual nipple size for using the correct flange. If you're not already using a silicone contoured flex 24mm flange-- do yourself a favor and buy one before using the cushions. You'll get better results with the flange that molds to your breast much better than the regular plastic flange.

I would not waste your money. I bought the silicone flanges and they don’t even work. They came in with a nasty film over them. I attempted to clean it off but that didn’t work. They also leak terribly which I think is due to the film not letting them create a good seal. So, when I go to try to return them it doesn’t even give me the option. It just keeps saying “trouble shoot the problem yourself”. I have tried trouble shooting multiple times and they still DO NOT WORK! I want my money back. This is a SCAM!!!

These are just as good as name brand and we’re super helpful in determining my correct size, especially as sizing changes so often postpartum. Would definitely recommend!!!

So when I purchased this I was assuming they came in pairs, because why would I need just one flange in each size. I have 2 nipples. So that’s disappointing. They seem like good quality and I will buy a second set to complete the pairs, but they need to make that more aware when purchasing. Start selling pairs not singles.
