Does this wheelchair come with a bag for transportation?

No. The back is simply robust material, and flexes when the chair is folded. There is no bracket across the back on which you could hang a bag. You could string a bag with a long flexible handle - a shoulder bag - across the back of the chair, but it would sit at the level of the side handles, so would be rather low.

Can you tell me the height of the handles of this wheelchair please? (Not the height of the brakes beneath, thanks!)

From the floor to the highest point on the handle is 95 cms 37 inches. Hope this helps.

Why would you want a battery pack? There's no motor to drive the wheels.
