These tapes are incredibly expensive in Europe from all brands and the Sony 3 pack offers the best value I have found in years.The quality and professional handling of the original Sony HDV handicams is hard to beat and this tape provides an ideal reliable replacement for the media they record onto.The tapes were not packed as illustrated with no shrink wrap or display hanging packaging which probably explains why the value is so exceptional. The packaging they were delivered in was however more than adequate and removing the shrink wrap is a one off experience for items that get used many times over. They work perfectly in my Sony HDV 1080i Mini DV camera and are new.

My star rating for this product could be 4 but I had to take one star out of the total. The reason is this 60 minutes cannot use as long play up to 90 mins. That was a shame. Normally, any of this kind of product can play up to 90 mins.However, sony's product is good all round. I would recommend to any one using mini dv tape for their camcorder. But be aware that it may not be used for long play mode. I may be wrong.

I bought a Samsung camcorder in a local charity shop for £15. It was not working properly. When I took it to my favourite camera repair shop (in Luton) they told me that the old cassette sticking was the probable cause and suggested I buy a new cassette online (as they could no longer supply them). I did and the camcorder works fine with the new cassette.

Brilliant price and quick delivery and tapes work perfectly with no problems. Video is clear and sharp. 10 out of 10 for this product as well.

We needed some Mini DV cassettes and did not want to pay Pro price these fitted the bill just fine
