I ordered these belts to clean up some metal parts. I was pleasantly surprised with the performance whilst I was expecting them to basicaly work, I didn't expect them to last as long as they do and the finish they leave is excellent.

A good mix of belts/grit size. I was more interested in trying the higher grit belts for some specific jobs that just would not work with a course belt. From here on I will be buying specific grades of belt but this is a good selection for someone just starting to use their belt sander or the infrequent user where a range of grit size could be usefull for a number of jobs.

the belts turned up today so I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they look fine. The quality is easy to see and I'm sure they will work just fine for grinding knives. I'm very happy
