Amazing product that works great for giving our large cat access to chair-height furniture again.
Our older cat had been having some balance issues, partly neurological [which required surgery] and partly arthritis, so wasn't able to jump up on the bed or even the chair next to it that had always made the bed accessible before. We bought these stairs in a rush just to see if they'd help, and they have been absolutely wonderful. Sparky was happy to use them right away and will trot up and down them between floor and chair (from which it's a short hop onto the bed) all the time. Even when Sparky was on pain meds that made him very woozy, he was still able to make it up and down these stairs in the night to go between the bed and his litter box (although we did put something to the left of the stairs as you see them in the photo, to make sure he couldn't fall off the sides). No, they aren't *hugely* sturdy - I certainly wouldn't risk putting my full weight on them, and we accidentally knocked a front piece off once when we kicked them by accident (but it snapped back on in seconds). HOWEVER, they aren't meant to be super sturdy, nor do they need to be - they're for a pet not a human - and they're certainly more than sufficient for a nearly 6kg cat! More importantly, the fact that they're lightweight makes them VERY easy to move around (and to assemble too), which more than makes up for anything else and we consider a big perk. The additional fact that the price is incredibly reasonable means that we've considered buying a second set (or even a third) to help Sparky access other places in the house (although we did need to buy a bigger, taller set of stairs for him to reach his 'lounging desk' ;) In summary, these have been truly life-changing for our cat and we can't sing their praises loudly enough.

Does the job
Very lightweight item that was easy to assemble. One of our dogs got the hang of it, the other won’t go near it. The cover doesn’t fit that great and we made some adjustments to keep it on, well that was until my mum fell over the steps, broke the whole thing into pieces!Miraculously the steps had not broken and we were able to put them together again.

Absolutely useless product.
Flimsy, light , couldn’t even use it as a toy.Wobbly, something made from paper would be sturdier . Can’t even believe somebody can sell such useless product.

Smaller than I thought!
The steps are very easy to put together and the fleece cover makes them seem better but I was suprised at how small they were! I was hoping they would reach to allow my dog to get on my bed but they don't even come up to the bed base, let alone to the top of the mattress!Either way, they are fine if you need them for use with something lower.

Very useful gadget.
Easy to assemble, no problems. My Yorkie loves it to help her get on my high bed. Good value for money.

Purchased for my Pomchi, not very sturdy I think would be more suitable for a cat or very small dog.
I think suitable for a cat or small dog.

5* from me
We have a 10 week old puppy, the breed being famously known for their jumping skills however just not until he gets older so I bought these to deter him from jumping and I have difficulty bending down. He’s learnt rather quickly to climb them and on to the chair, making it easier for me to attach his harness etc.,They do exactly what they say they’re supposed to do. Simple to put together and I mean simple. There was a slight issue with the cover. I contacted the seller who responded in record time and resolved my issue.
