MOSH bars are great! I have tried numerous flavors and this one is another great one. They are somewhat pricey but worth it, in my opinion. Look at the ingredients. Just the right thing to have on hand to keep your energy going.

They taste great and are perfect to fill me up with low carbs and high protein. I use them when I am on the run or am still hungry mid day or at night as a treat. They are great if you are on a keto diet also.

I got the lemon white chocolate bars. They taste pretty good but they’re on the sour side. At first it doesn’t taste too tangy because of the white chocolate but it really kicks in after you chew into it a couple times. I got it because it has more nutrients than an average protein bar which sounded phenomenal. It’s actually a really nice texture (doesn’t stick to the roof of my mouth or cause me to cough from powdery-ness lol) and it didn’t feel greasy like a lot of others do. It’s a good quality bar for sure but it’s not for me I was hoping it’d be more creamy plus it has sugar alcohol in it which I personally try to avoid. But I’d recommend if you’re a big citrus fan and it’s not overly sweet!

Love MOSH bars. All flavors are great. They are healthy and delicious! Amazon delivery very quick as I hate to run out of them! I have one every morning before I play tennis.

I've only been eating these for about a week, so too soon to say if they are helping the brain, BUT I do have more energy, and the bars are absolutely DELICIOUS which makes them easy to remember to snack on. I love the variety of flavors as well.

I purchased a mixed box of Mosh Brain and Body Fuel bars so my family could try the various flavors. They are all delicious! My husband's favorite flavor is Lemon White Chocolate Crunch. He ordered a box of 12 bars of the Lemon White Chocolate Crunch to refuel after tennis games or practice. Mosh is a great bar to have for on the go food fuel during a busy day, when traveling or after workouts or tennis games. We will continue to order Mosh protein bars due to the flavor, 12 grams protein, 180 calories, Vitamins B12 and D3, Lion's Man, Omega 3'w, Ashwagandha and flaxseed.

The chocolate fudge brownie and chocolate peanut butter tasted the best but they weren't as good as I had hoped.It was for a good cause and that was more important

So far I have tried two of the six bars: the peanut butter chocolate crunch and the chocolate brownie crunch. The peanut butter one I overall thought tasted delicious, and I loved the fact that the ingredients were very health-oriented, including the amount of protein. The chocolate brownie one had a slightly weird flavor to me, I’m not sure if it was the lions mane or ashwagandha potentially, but it had a bitter edge to it that wasn’t as enjoyable. Overall I like the bars so far, I think the price is a bit steep for me to pay personally, but I do think you get what you pay for in terms of a healthy bar and high quality ingredients. I also loved the fact you give back with each purchase, that is definitely more of an incentive to me to support your brand, knowing I am helping a worthy cause all while getting the benefits of a product as well.
