Q: What height, width & depth is it please?

Says 23.3cm which is 9". Haven't measured it myself though. Buying one today to see.

Q: Would it be any good for a toddler to reach the sink?

No, definitely not. I bought this in error. It was for my granddaughter for the toilet and basin. This item is not for toddlers. Look at toilet training for toddlers, lots available to choose from. They are also sold in many large supermarkets with toddlers potty’s etc.

Q: Does the label come off this product without leavimg a mark?

I personally haven't taken it off, the product is plastic so soapy warm water should lift it. For what the product is for, sitting in the small room I never bothered.

Q: Could you use it as an office chair footrest for someone very short?

As a foot rest it can work just wouldn't recommend as a step up or stool unless for a small child to assist in access to the sink or toilet
