Definitely the best probiotics I have used!. I've used a few different brands over the last year or so such as Nu U, Natures Best, Bioglan, Optibac but I found that they either made me a bit 'gassy' or I had a more unsettled feeling in my tummy? They're great quality for a very reasonable price. They really helped with constipation I was having and I felt that they boosted my energy levels as a result. I felt as if I could get through my morning workouts with a lot more energy because of this (and I wasn't drinking as much coffee!). I really think they were a great addition to my daily routine and I felt my gut health really improved overall. I'll definitely buy them again. I'm so glad I gave them a try and I've already recommended them to friends and family....thank you!

You know how even your favourite singer gets hate comments on the Internet? It's the same for your favourite product. I went through the 1 star reviews for this Probiotic to prove that to myself.I personally have no complaints for this product whatsoever, but that just goes to show that even if it works for me (and my dad), it won't necessarily work for everyone else. Different bodies, different responses. I used to have difficulties going to the toilet, despite having a healthy diet, and am constantly bloated. This probiotic has reduced my bloating a bit but I can finally poo like a normal human being. My dad says the same. It's easy to swallow and I think the reccomended dose (2 pills, one at a time with different meals) is perfect.

Haven’t been taking them for long so maybe not had chance yet to do what they’re supposed to do.

Packaged very well. I started taking them about a week ago and have noticed a change in how my insides feel. I feel less bloated and had very little Ibs pain. I will continue to take them over the next few weeks and chances are I'll order more.

Both my husband and I have been taking these for two weeks today. I suffer from IBS-D and was endlessly frustrated with being triggered by seemingly everything, nothing seemed to be a definitive solution. But after two weeks of taking these I have had only two instances of uncomfortable cramping and difficult toilet visit (apologies for the TMI), and that's including eating out at a restaurant which is usually a guarantee for an IBS-D episode. I have also noticed that my heartburn is less uncomfortable and happens less often. I don't believe I have fallen into a regular pattern with my digestion yet, but I am keen to persevere in the hope that it will balance out. So for myself as someone who regularly experiences digestive issues, this is ideal.My husband does not suffer digestive health issues other than occasional heartburn. In the same two weeks I have been having good results, he has been feeling increasingly uncomfortable, nauseated, and generally blah. So exercise caution if you are a person with regular digestion to begin with.

Let me start with I never write reviews. For around two years now I have suffered terribly with fatigue cramping and sever bloating (hello IBS) and no matter what, I could not relieve my symptoms, I joined the gym to try and get my belly down but it’s bloat! it comes that one night you need to wear a special dress or look your best. It took me a long time to realise I need to treat my IBS and not weight. I bought these after a little research and thought I’ll try anything. WOW it’s now day 10 and my belly is flat my frequency to need the toilet is once a day (previously one a week) and my cramps have almost gone! I have no wind which was starting to ruin every social situation and at 30 years old it was depressing me. As I write this review it’s sunny outside my energy level are up and I can’t thank NeoCare enough. Anyone similar who wish to try my dose i take one in the morning with a cold glass of water and that’s it 5 seconds of my day and I’m reaping all the rewards! Don’t suffer please try these IBS can be debilitating but these can help you manage.My only comment is I never got the follow up ebook or email but hey read the above xx

So many products promise so much and sometimes things work for some people and not for others. These worked for me I feel better for taking Your Gut and I'm so so so happy that not only do I feel well but my belly that was so swollen from just eating any meal at all looked like I was pregnant. This works for that too and for the first time since I was a young girl my belly does not look like I am pregnant. I have so much faith in these preobiotic and I've tried every thing so it's thank you to neocore for at last something that actually works. Your Gut I have to recommend this as most of the feedback for this works for most people so try it as it has a good chance of working for you.

I was very hopeful when read the reviews however as a long time sufferer for IBS.m I'm 3 days in and have stopped taking them, they have given me the worst trapped wind and made me constipated too. They have to be taken with a meal (not just a snack) otherwise I gotna burning pain in my stomach too.
