Even though this is a lightweight blanket it does have some heft to it. Not so heavy to be a winter blanket, as its still very light and airy. But it doesn’t feel cheap in the slightest! Washed it according to instructions. Came out beautiful. No damage. The waffleweave texture adds character without adding color but also insulates and helps wick moisture. Since its bamboo it has amazing stretch and wicks moisture in a way that keeps the blanket feeling dry longer than cotton. Only downfall the sizes are a bit smaller than traditional sizes for blankets. I got a king for my full sized bed. It fits perfectly after the wash. It would work for a queen too but the king blanket would be a bit too small for a king sized bed.

I LOVE this blanket. I have a lot of fleece/velour warmer blankets. I would find myself sweating with them in the summer. I ordered this blanket as a throw for my couch AND EVERYONE LOVES IT!! It’s very soft- well made and perfect for warmer climates. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one for my bed!! And will be getting one for my other 2 beds! Perfect blanket!!

This blanket is very soft and comfortable. It’s breathable, too, which is the reason for my purchase. Definitely exactly what I needed. A few notes: 1. Don’t expect just a breathable blanket to be the only solution to getting hot at night. The material of your clothing plays a role, too. You need natural fabrics, like cotton, or fabrics designed to draw heat and moisture away from your skin. 2. This blanket comes with a wash bag. Use it. I did have issues with it, as I say, “stringing out” after the first wash. I’m alright with a needle and thread, so the strings coming loose weren’t an issue for me. I do think that is a design flaw. The blanket was so nice, though, and I’d looked for this for so long that I was willing to repair it. It’s just not 100% rayon anymore. Oh well. 3. This thing, like, never dries after it’s washed. Especially since you need to use the washing bag; it’s all bunched up so it retains its moisture. I resorted to putting it in the dryer on its own, and eventually got impatient enough to say **** it and use heat. Now it’s a little shrunk. That’s on me, but there must be a better way to dry it than leaving the dryer on low heat for, like, ever…. Honestly for the price, if you know you’ll get impatient like I did, just get the next size up. It’s probably best to air dry but that’s not always an option for me. If that’s an option for you, then do it; you’ll save your blanket from shrinking. Overall it’s a great blanket for the price and I may buy another sometime.

I own two of these blankets now. My daughter tried mine and loved it, so I bought a second one for her. They feel really nice. The bamboo is heavy, but feels light once you are covered with it. It conforms totally to the shape of your body. I have light gray and light blue; both are very pretty, neutral colors. As far as the cooling effect, I would say using this blanket is about the same as covering up with a sheet. There is no real cooling effect, but you do get (almost) the weight of a blanket with the warmth of a sheet which is nice. My one complaint, and this is a serious one, is that they pick very easily. Mine came out of the package with a pick. Make sure all of your fingernails are perfectly smooth, because even a slight pull by a fingernail will pick these blankets. In my estimation, they won’t look beautiful for very long, but they will still be functional.

I recently purchased a cooling blanket because I was struggling with overheating at night, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It is light and I was surprised that it feels cool against my skin. It doesn’t per se cool you down but it provides somewhat protection from getting warmer at night. This unexpected feature has significantly improved the quality of my sleep, keeping me comfortable throughout the night. This blanket perfectly fulfills my needs, providing a cozy embrace without causing overheating. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of relief on warm nights. I’m pleased with my purchase!

I bought one for all of my family members!! They work super well and can make someone who's cold natured freeze up. This blanket really does feel cold to the touch, as of it was pulled out of a freezer. The blankets are not supposed to go in the dryer, however a mix up happened and the blanket stopped working for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, the blanket somehow started to feel cold again and works just as new! All of them works just like they did when I first got them.

I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this blanket for anything except display. It’s made of a really nice feeling material and does a good job of insulating without over heating. That being said the blanket is falling apart after less than a week of use. The blanket went through the wash once and has been used as a couch blanket since and is already starting to tear. There are threads coming off of it all of the place and it’s make the blanket super thin in places. Would not buy again.

This blanket was great at first. Nice weight. But then it snagged and looked terrible. Not a deal breaker. Then I washed and dried it a few times. What was a king sized blanket is now more like a double. I expect after another wash it will be fit for a twin. May be a doll blanket soon…. Sadly, a blanket that cannot be dried in the dryer IS a deal breaker as I really can’t drape a king sized blanket over the furniture in my house for a couple of days while it dries. In the end, not a great value for the money.
