This is a great piece of kit,I made a perfectly good sign on a piece of oak on the first attempt.Easy to put together and use.I watched a milescraft “how to”video first and with a bit of practice the signs will Look professionally made.l shall enjoy using this and it will pay for itself in no time.Setting up ,like most things takes the time ,and taking care in operation.Be careful not to catch the plastic templatesIt would be even better with symbols etc .For sample I would like to make direction signs.I have now made an arrow template for this cut from an old plastic/vinyl sign.

This is a very comprehensive kit and with every thing you are likely to need in the box, sadly the part that fits on the router would not fit the three I have and had to buy another one that would. The results are pretty hit and miss on some of the letters N R B are a bit dodgy so be prepared to do trials on scrap wood before attempting anything decent , with practice you should be able to achieve good results for basic signs.

Really easy to set up and use. Delighted with the results, not had the chance to finish any signs by painting but very happy with the set. Would love to see more variety available to use as templates, such as shapes but overall an incredible purchase.

Great bit of kit, I was able to make a very professional looking sign on only my second attempt, first attempt was just a practice to get the depth set correctly, not bad for someone that had never used a router before. Highly recommended if you don’t have the skill to make a sign freehand

Bought this as I thought it would help me with producing signs on a small scale. However I have found the kit difficult to use. This is mainly due to the base that come with the set not giving a good fit to the three routers I have. This then means that the guide bush is pretty much out of sight when trying to write with the stencils. Out of the times I've used it I have had good results but they've been more luck than judgement in my opion. Maybe people with a better skill level/more patience than me would do better.

I cant believe how much comes with this kit! It has everything you need apart from a router (obviously) but there is ajig, bits, letters, numbers and many sizes of each. If you can't find what you need in this kit if be Suprised. I'm planning to use it soon, but from what I can see it should be simple.
