These are, by far, the best oregano caps I've ever taken! I am a firm believer in oregano's positive benefits for the overall health of the body. I take them morning and night. Elegantly packaged however I'd rather just the plain bottle and a cheaper price but I won't stop buying and using these! I have a Cousin Nd two friends taking them as well. I haven't been sick in years, never get poisonous vaccines etc and at 66, feel like 26! It's all in eating clean, organic and taking the correct supplements. I've taken them all my life. In early April 2017 I started taking one oregano capsule before dinner a day for the immune benefits. To my surprise two months later I went to clip my toenails and couldn't believe my eyes! For years I have struggled with fungus on one of my toenails and now it was growing out normal again! The only thing that I changed was taking the oregano capsule. Now after less than 6 months my toenail has grown out normal and I have no doubt in my mind that this oregano pushed that fungus out of my body!

This is a great oil. Use is internally and it is help Helping my gut. They send clear instructions on what NOT to do to avoid heartburn or skin burn. Once my gut problem is completely done I will continue to take for maintenance at a lower dosage

Been using O-of-O for many years. Incredible for increasing and maintaining flexibility on top of all the other anti-microbial benefits.Much easier to use in a non-gelatin pill form than the old fashioned way of drops in water.

These capsules are amazing. My body is very sensitive to oils, but this one does not affect me when I take it on a empty stomach and a full glass of water as directed by the seller. It has helped my sensitive stomach better than anything the doctor has prescribed me. I will continue using this product here on out
