I purchased these as I struggle to switch off at night and always struggle to fall to sleep.I was very sceptical as I don’t believe natural sleeping aids work but I was very wrong.I took two tablets around an hour before bed with a herbal tea.I have updated a picture to show that I managed to get 9.5 hours of sleep (normally less than 7)These are excellent and I will update this review in a weeks time.

Does nothing - double dose and I yawned for half an hour and thats all. Does Jack

Excellent product does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I have stuffed with Insomnia for years and when I read the reviews for this, I thought with a go! Sadly these did nothing for me and it’s probably the placebo effect, when other people says it works.

I bought this product to help me overcome an insomnia I've had for ages, and although I can say it certainly made me have a deep sleep it didn't seem to improve my ability to fall asleep in the first place as much as I expected.
