Circulon 87531 Symmetry Everything Nonstick Pan, 12", Merlot

We just got an induction cook top and had to buy a whole new set of cookware. We wanted to go slow on the purchases and this was a good basic, overall use piece. Nonstick surface hand cleans easily.

These circulon symmetry pans are excellent. I started out with a couple of their frying pans which were on sale and I keep buying more ... lol I’ve now got a full set of pots and even a couple of their baking pans. They have proven very durable and are still as easy to clean after a year of almost daily use as they were when brand new. Only negative is that the exterior bottoms tend to discolour, personally I don’t mind... I hang them up proudly displaying their marks of experience !

I did a lot of research on a lot of pans, so glad I went with Circulon Symmetry model. The non-stick is phenomenal. The clean up is a breeze (I've even done stirfry, left teriyaki sauce sit, cool down, and then need to clean) - didn't wipe out, but with a small bit of warm water, came right off and pan was good as new.I use this pan on my flat top stove at home, and in my RV gas cooktop. Both methods, works perfectly. I've sent it through the dishwasher a handful of times so far, comes out good as new too.Before getting this pan, I looked at every possible pan on the market...Circulon Symmetry was the perfect mix of cost, ability (stove/oven/temp), dishwasher safe, size, functionality. I was getting confused on what pan I wanted after 2 weeks of searching...then I realized that I have an 8 year old Circulon (cheaper model) that still is one of my favorite pans. So, Circulon is my brand now.I bought another 2 pan set of Circulon Symmetry, and now have 3 matching pans of both color and model. Dang, they look nice and all function beautifully.

I bought this for an add on for my Circular set. I really like the size of it and that It conducts the heat very well. The only issue I have is that it says that you are able to put them into the dishwasher. When I do, there is a white "film" over the pan, could be the dishwashing detergent, not sure. So I hand wash them and their great. Their easy to clean and wipe down. There very sturdy and I really like that. Not flimsy or very "tinny feeling". I like the handles and that they do not get hot. Glad that I bought them and should have then for many years. I also really like the merlot color. - Chris W
