Perfect, stable and good grip

Bought for my 85 year old mother to help her get into her house via the back step. She loves it! It’s sturdy, plastic, so excellent for outdoor use, accommodates the full length of your foot, so makes her feel more secure & confident using it. As it’s a half step it takes the pressure off her joints and makes it far easier to climb up into her house. A simple, safe, strong, quality, cheap item which, with hindsight should have been purchased years ago.

Just the right size and does the job well. Only downside is that it does come apart easily, so I would advise glueing the flat top on and the feet too.

The step is very light to handle and has a great foot grip.Bought as have limited mobility and has been very useful. Considering buying another one.

This item was delivered on time, well packaged and as described.My mobility is not that good and the front doorstep quite high. This bridges the gap and makes it much easier for me .

Bought for my elderly mother who can’t bounce around as well as she once could and now has trouble negotiating the couple of steps from drive to front door and up the garden.This half step looked to be the answer to help her get up and down the steps easier. It’s a sturdy design and plenty strong enough. She thinks it’s great. Watched her use it for the first time yesterday when I took it over for her. Does indeed make it much easier for her using the steps as she doesn’t have to lift her feet so high now.For that part of it – excellent.What I see as a potential drawback is that way the studded mat thing is attached to the base of the unit. A number of very small rubber lips under the mat barely go through the slots base to secure mat to base. After two or three uses of the half step by my mother some of the rubber lips had dislodged causing the edges of the rubber mat to lift in places.Easily slotted back in though give how shallow the fit is I can see t being a repeat issue. We will either have to keep checking and pushing back the lips or consider a more permanent fix by perhaps gluing the mat to the base.Whilst the half step does do it’s job I do feel that the way the mat is attached to the base could be much better and secure.

Would recommend to anyone who as. high step as reduces almost in half, brilliant got holes on for rain to get though and during all this rain we have had as not slipped at all.Great product at a great price.
