Pruveeo F5-Dual FHD 1080P Dash Cam Front and Rear Dual Camera, 170+90 Degree Wide Angle for Cars with Night Vision

This is the third car cam I have had over 7 or 8 years. It has been installed for a month and appears to be pretty reliable. Installation takes a moment as it has two cameras, so you have to wire the back camera through to the boot window. On a hatch back this was fine.In the time I have had it is has continuously worked apart from on two occasions. Once when it said there was a car error, but on restarting it worked. Another time it didn't start recording but was on and pressing the record button it didn't help, then when I switched off the ignition and power it didn't switch off. I left it and the next day it started as normal and since then has been fine. It has a small screen but all you need to do is look out for the flashing recording LED light to make sure it is recording when you start your car. Also it make a small noise on switch on and turn off.

very easy to wire into the car and once you have the cameras set right they give you a cracking view both front and back - only issue was trying to ensure the disk went into the camera correctly as the opening appeared to be a little off set, however once you are aware of this its a cracking little device with very good playback on the laptop!!

Had to return 1st order as rear camera didn't work, replacement only records what it feels like, I've needed the footage and it's not recorded, it says it's been recording, but no footage from the last few days is anywhere on the memory card the week before is all there and my journeys have not been recorded, most of the dash cam has been recorded only when I'm parked up. It's ridiculous!

Files kept corrupting. However, I received a refund and was offered compensation.Customer service alone is well worth 5 stars.I now own the Pruveeo V7 and it is working great.

The Q2 is a good dash cam with plenty of options. The front camera records at 1080p and the rear at VGA resolution which is plenty for most applications. Easy to navigate the menus and 6hrs recording using a 32Gb memory card. Tech support is very good with an issue rectified quickly. For the money you can't go wrong.

The user guide was very brief and not very descriptive. I was under the impression that this version included a battery to keep it recording after an accident or loss of power. It doesn't. I was under the impression it included WiFi. It doesn't. I found the picture quality acceptable, but there is a lot of reflection from the inside of the windscreen. The worst thing is that it seems to not have a facility to automatically delete old footage and record over it. I assumed this would be a standard feature. The card seems to get full and then it stops recording, even if you use the menu to format the card. It shows the red recording light, but if you check the card in a PC it hasn't formatted and there's nothing new recorded. I've tried formatting it in the PC, but it still seems to refuse to record. I went to a lot of trouble to install it, and the double sided sticky pads are immovable so it is now impossible to remove and replace. Total waste of money.

Reliable. But youll always need to plug with cable in the 12v socket becuase it has poor battery life. Picture quality in front camera is excellent. Not so clear for its rear facing camera. But overall its a good product. This is my second purchase of this item.
