Best option for drawing with a variable line. Not archival quality so best for sketchbook drawings kept away from exposure to light

The pens have a nice weight to them and look/feel a lot more expensive than they are. The ink flows well and is very smooth and clear to write with. Great pens for anyone who like affordable, but impressive performing and looking stationary!

good pens and ink last for yonks. also good for drawing though not waterproof ink. not sure if some schools would approve if they want to teach pen writing but i like em.

These pens are great. Easy to write with whatever your style. Last for ages and the nibs do not thicken with use. They do form themselves to your style of writing, but in a subtle way. Love them!

I'm a bit of a pen geek - I love expensive pens but I also get pleasure from using cheap utilitarian pens for a couple of quid, if they are a pleasure to write with. I thought these sounded interesting, so I bought 3. They do indeed write very nicely but you have to hold them correctly. There are two black supports above and below the white "nib" and you need to get the longest one on top for it to write correctly (see photo). The worst bit is that you can't just eyeball the pen as you pick it up and it's obvious, as with a proper nib - you have to examine the pen closely and then rotate the barrel so it is held in the correct position. Not therefore my favourite pen.

If you like using a fountain pen you will love these pens. It is not always easy to refill a fountain pen half way through a meeting so I always keep one of these pens as an emergency replacement. Great pens at a great price.
