I bought these bands for use with my braces. They are clear so not noticeable. They appear thick, but snap easily so I am having to replace them frequently throughout the day. They also stretch quite a lot so lose their tension.

I only used it for about 4 hours and could see the difference straight away, my gap got much smaller then it was but the gap opens up when not wearing it, have to be really patient. I recommend wear it everytime. And it also really hurts.
