They do not! They work well on this paper.

Not really appropriate for alcohol markers. They will heavily bleed throug.

Q: Is this good for sketching with pencil?

Yes! It works great for dry media - the paper is nice and smooth. It is cream/off-white which some people are not fond of, but it takes pencil sketching beautifully
