Does not work as it states in the information. Does not track the watch to the exact location, rather the closes cell phone tower. Instructions are broken English and the app is the same way.

This watch looks nice and has good intent. But the execution fails.It simply doesn't work. The instructions are classic, bad, literal translations of something that must make sense in Chinese and are not helpful.The five star reviews are likely done by the company that makes this.Pay more for a known brand.

Can not connect it to my iPhone to monitor a child! I've followed the instructions and downloaded the app. But the app doesn't see the watch!

It's nice it's just the instructions are vague and I couldn't figure out what app I had to download. Everything i needed to know about this watch I had to google. And it runs on either military time or 24 hr

Would not buy . Very difficult to get the SIM card in and out. extremely tiny stripped out screws on back of watch have to be taken out each time you replace the SIM card. Instructions are poorly done, do not make sense obviously done by a Chinese person not intirley fluent in English. you will need a magnifying glass to read the instructions. Time on watch only in military time what kid or dementia senior understands what 21:00 is?Service is very spotty in what is to be Good reception area. says " Device Offline"I will be returning it promptly!
