Head Over Heels Gymnastics Volume 1: Floor Skills

Gemma makes it look very easy. The DVD comes with tutorials for: warm up, posture, shape, jumps, skills, rolls, leaps and routines. It teaches you everything you need to know, from presentation styles for boys and girls to leaps. The menu is pretty easy to navigate through, though there's not really that much content on the DVD. But the main problem is the DVD is very slow on my PC.

Strange camera angle but very informative. My girls love it.

Pretty naff, also, doesn't play all steps, an adult (or older child) has to manually select each step to watch, can't just "play all"

Not a great copy at all and for someone who has a child that's hard of hearing... we were very disappointed in the sound quality and sound recording of this DVD which is a shame because the main visual demonstrations of the skills, complement the Head Over Heels books very well.

Quite basic stuff but well explained.

Nice little beginner's dvd

An Excellent resource for all little gymnasts and their families. The instructions are easy to follow and expertly delivered. My son is thoroughly enjoying going through the tutorials and practicing his new found gym skills.
