A2Xfor Calm and Focus

I would give this 5 stars but I have experienced some side effects which I attribute to my use of this. The first time I took this, it was only one capsule. I noticed some subtle , temporary affects of the pill but nothing to brag about. But after taking the recommended dosage I was rolling lol. The Ashwagandha acts as a energizer , good for foucs , memory , and even sky rockets libido. But I love the focus kick I got, later this wears off, and the Passion Flower kicks in,then later the L- Theanine . L- Theanine produces Gaba in the brain, which is responsible for the calm, as well as the Passion Flower, which makes you feel pretty much fearless. This combination, is good, except later on, you can feel the sedative effects of the Passion Flower. Yet you still feel focused and calm. L- Theanine calms you as it works to produce Gaba also . So feeling sleepy feels weird while being calm, and focused. L- Theanine also is responsible for focus by the way. The focus is temporary , at least hyper focus I should add, but the effects of the the other 2 ingredients are still present. I took 2 yesterday after a meal for better results and longer effects. However this doesn't just wear off like other natural alternatives or Nootropics, which is what I have a problem with. I awoke this morning with good memory, and still calm, I'm not frantic as usual or easily excited by anything. But all I want to do it lie down in bed, not in a bit of hurry to get up at all. Just lying there, sleep wasn't bad, but I awoke to headache also, then still feeling sleepy. So I go back to sleep , which was just a nap due to wild dreams I was having lol. But I hate still feeling sleepy, and having a headache when I awoke, I don't desire to sleep and dream all day, with headaches. I think this formula is to potent for me. I also know the formula was designed to keep you calm with herbs forever, to the point where you don't have to rely on pills. It's good , but with side effects, pro's and cons. Not worth the side effects of being sleepy or headaches, or wanting to lie down in bed all day, not worth it for me, I will discontinue use.

And for the better. I've pretty much had it with prescription drugs for anxiety. Most all of them are habit forming to the point of being nearly impossible to get off of, and they have a lot of unpleasant side effects. I order these by the bottle, there being quite a number of online anecdotal complaints of issues with the vendor regarding the prescription plan (which, by the way, you have signed up for if you get the "free" offer). There is never any problem like that with Amazon, though. I am so glad I found A2X. I started out taking 3 a day, then backed off to 2 a day. That was a few months back, and I am just now beginning to "cycle" them with other supplements to give me a break from them, as well as taking only one a day and using something else at night. Never have I had an adverse reaction of any sort to A2X, and that is saying something for me. A wonderful, life changing product for me.

This product is a great natural supplement to take, because it involves a mixture of natural herbs that help fight anxiety, and the combined effect in my experience lead to a soothing sensation throughout my body. Overall a good product, however there are much better products available that I have found to help with social anxiety and depression, SAM-e is a great product, however I found combining it with an antidepressant like fluoxetine makes the effect on well being and relief from anxiety and depression outstanding, way better than every other product I have tried. Getting to the point I would reccomend this to people with minor anxiety and minor depression, however I didn't find it had an impact on my major depression and anxiety like the other supplements I mentioned

I have purchased A2X several times now. I find it is helping with my anxiety symptoms as well as stress feelings. I like that it has natural ingredients instead of the addictive stuff given by doctors. I have not suffered any side effects as of now with taking it. That is a plus. Don't feel drowsy and have that foggy feeling as I did with prescription medication. It does take several months before you feel the relief/effects. The price is a little high, but does help. Will keep trying it. It also helps take control of my OCD symptoms as well because I am not so anxious.

A2X is wonderful. Ive taken several other products and so far none have helped me like A2X. This is a great alternative to prescription anxiety drugs. Its also fast acting as well. This is my second time ordering this product and I will continue to use it in the future. Since I've been using it I noticed my mood has improved and I'm not so anxious or panicky. I only take one in the morning and one in the evening to me that's better than counting the hours until I have to take another dose of pills like with the other products I have used. The only problem I have is that it takes quite some time to arrive based on the amount I pay on s&h, however other than that I can truly say this is a great product for people who suffer from panic attacks and anxiety, like me.

My hairdresser, who is very much into natural remedies and holistic healing, recommended A2X to me after I spoke of anxiety and the depression problems I was going through at the time. She had recently experienced panic attacks as well. I did not want to take drugs as I am not a believer in Xanax or other prescription drugs as they can exacerbate depression (at least for me). I followed the instructions and I have to say, after the first week I was so much calmer and surprisingly more focused at work. I don't wake up with my stomach tied up in knots or have the feeling of the world crashing down upon me. Now, I still have business problems and might have to sell my home, etc..but I am not making rash decisions that harm my future.. It works!
