Super book , perfect for my 7 year old but would be great for any age. Very informative , educational , up to date . Good quality and fun for kids to read. ( and adults might learn a thing or two ! ) Great timeline of major London events , so really handy for projects etc.

Would highly recommend this book. It would be great for children but also very interesting for adults - I learnt a lot from reading it! Great if you live in or near London or if a family member works there. Beautifully presented, this book makes a lovely gift. Buy it!

This is a beautifully presented book with wonderful explanations and titbits relating to the history of the Thames bank side on both sides. Fascinating for adults as well as children. My nephew will spend many hours exploring the bankside.

I saw this in the library and HAD to buy it for a present for family members visiting from abroad.It's great for children and adults and a great accessory for a tourist trip to London to keep all ages engaged.

My granddaughter is 7 years old and it kept her interest and mad her want to learn about London . I also learned new things as I read it with her!
