Great product. Noticeable affects of manageable stress after a few days of consistent use. Increase in mood and energy. Increase in libido. Easier to sleep. A little too relaxed sometimes-rarely drowsy. Easy dosage. One pill every 12 hours. It is expensive. I enjoyed its affects but I am switching to Amazing Ashwa by Force Factor. Its half the price with 200 mg more and is also an extract with proprietary Bioperine to boost bioavailability. As well as other natural enhancements. The key difference is Pattern requires 2 capsules for a daily dose. Force’s daily dose is 4 capsules. 2 at a time with more to offer. Might help to scale down over time. Worth saving the $ IMO

After a month of taking this, I’m honestly impressed. My stress levels are so much easier to manage, I feel calmer in situations that used to overwhelm me, and my mood overall has improved a ton. I’ve also noticed new hair growth, which was an unexpected bonus! I absolutely recommend this and will keep using it.

I have been taking this ashwagandha for several months now. Intially, I was very pleased with how I felt and how much stronger I got while taking it. I went from doing 70-80 knuckle pushups to doing 110-120. I was so enthusiastic, I increased my daily intake to about 4,000 mg. However, what I then noticed was a complete loss of libifo. Its as if I have zero interest in sex and have been unable to function for several weeks now. I went on the web and found there are other people who have experienced the same problem after taking KSM-66 Ashwagandha. I have refuced the daily intake to anout 750 mg and still have no libido. I’m wondering how much more I have to reduced the intake to restore things to normal and how long it takes I started taking maca to hopefully improve the situation, but so far, no change.

This Ashwell Gonda definitely helps with supporting stress and anxiety. I take it twice a day. My stress and anxiety have dwindled to nothing. I sleep better. I work out better have better endurance better muscle strength reduced inflammation. It is everything it says it is. This is a very good brand if you’re looking for stress and anxiety support this is it my IBS went away. And never came back after a week of using this.

This is really been helpful for me in reducing stress and helping me stay calm and get really good. Sleep throughout the night. I typically take a capsule with dinner. I wake up feeling really good and have zero drowsiness the next day.
