Lovely little lighter. My first genuine zippo, and I must say it's worth getting one compared to the aftermarket ones. The wick lasts so much longer and it feels more premium. Very nice military green colour too.

This being my third Zippo, I was quite used to the feel of them, this was by far the best I had ever seen and felt.The surface is smooth so your fingers glide over it but not so smooth that it is easy to drop.The sleek look of this Zippo stands far above the rest... For the first week or so.The paint on the corners soon chips off after a single drop and other items in your pocket, such as keys soon wear away the nice matte paint job in no time at all.All in all, Great manufacturing (as expected of Zippo) just poor paint quality.Update;Two years later I still have the self same lighter after losing it and finding it six months down the line.This lighter barely leaves my pocket and it often gets commented on by other smokers.As I previously said, the paint chips off rather easily and whilst the lighter is new this makes it looks tacky but after two years of being knocked and bashed about it gives it and rustic and well used look.The single problem I have with this lighter is that the hinge is becoming loose and sadly this isn't covered under Zippo's lifetimes warranty (or so I believe, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong and to cheer me up a little)Still think Zippo's are 100% worth spending the extra money on.Cannot reccommend enough

I remember the brand from many years ago as a decent enough brand though not having smoked for years I never had any interest really in picking up one of these lighters. Thats changed over the past few years with a desire to go camping and also use a lighter for cooking. These really are great value for money to be honest as a proper traditional lighter.For the 18 odd quid you are paying its fairly well made (Dont expect to pick up a Dunhill lighter if you want one of those pay £200 or so) What you are getting is a solid metal lighter thats small enough to fit into any pocket and go just about anywhere. Easy refill and I like the bright colours making them easy to find (Got an orange one but may go back and buy a yellow one as well)Great little lighters, good value as well.
