It’s great. Simple really. It’ll just charge. But it has no other information. If you’re trying to help a dying battery then it won’t help you much if you’re not a mechanic. But if you just need to keep spare batteries or your car battery charged when you’re away it’s easy and it’ll maintain it well. However, my battery wasn’t used for 5 months I thought it could be sulphured up and dead but it made it. Charged up nicely and reads a healthy 13.7 volts charged. It’s done a great job for the price.

It works fine but I'm not sure of the LED scale showing the state of battery charge. After 24 hours of charging, it showed 75% with the 100% LED blinking - when it is fully charged, all LEDs are supposed to be on with no blinking. I kept it on charge on 4 consecutive days, but the 100% LED was still blinking. Having said that, the battery is definitely charged - car starts very quickly. Its a 3 litre engine and a 70Ah battery., so I suppose the charger has done its job

Cheap charger, yet still has the 'intelligent' features of the more expensive ones.Much smaller than anticipated, but that's not a bad thing. Weather resistant, plugs into the car and leave it going. Goes through the phases of deep, top up and maintenance charge and when i went to start the car in the morning good as gold. We use it also on our camper van, and it has screw holes on the side for permanent installation of required.If you have a 12v Battery and need it bringing back to life, this inexpensive charger comes reccommended.

What a great little unit my old battery was on its way out so I was advised from a certain car spares shop and guess what this charger revived it I am running my inverter off the battery and it has been flawless since it arrived yesterday now im charging my main car battery with it and surprisingly it is almost done a little slow but its worth the wait to revive a battery its paid for itself 6x over already in 24h

I have a load of old fashioned vending machines which has the motorbike type batteries on which require charging every couple of months. This will work a treat, it has the quick charge mechanism so should charge the batteries much quicker than my standard trickle charger. I also love that it comes with all the universal leads / cables so you can literally charge anything which is great as you usually have to buy all these separately.

This battery charger came on time only used it once worked ok used to be an auto electrician and am impressed with the build quality of this item.

Even the spec and manual seem to underestimate the potential of this charger. with its pulse function to maximise chrge efficiency and even revitalise old and less effective batteries, it is a great money saver. the fact that it will output the required charge style for different battery types automatically really does make this a smart charger and a sound investment. well made , robust yet still light with different leads , its just great, well deserves the five stars!

If you don't have a garage This will sit easily under the bonnet while it does it's job. Having the percentage leds is an advantage in that you have an idea of how long it will take until you can start your car.I also use it to just to up the battery on the generator which has only been needed once this year.
