Does this kit include the electrical connection leads & mounting brackets ?

Yes, this horns kit seems to be designed to work with several different vehicle set ups and came with a pair of mounting brackets and two lead extensions/adapters. A relay was also included which you only need for certain configurations. In my case I was replacing the horns on a Land Rover discovery 3 and it was a like for like replacement. I did not need the relay or the mounting brackets as I was able to reuse the originals. Note that the mounting brackets that were included are essentially just a 3 1/2 inch extension piece with a slight offset on one side. Instructions are included and they cover range of wiring options. For me this kit was a good fit and good value.
